Centering Prayer is a simple method of silent prayer, a form of prayer with ancient roots in the mystical and monastic traditions of Christian faith. It can lead to a deeper prayer life, personal healing, spiritual transformation, and a closer union with God. This introductory series will include presentations on the origins and practice of Centering Prayer, doing Centering Prayer and reflecting on the experience.
